Marsha Banks, the founder and executive director of Amiracle4Sure will be the guest speaker when Mt. Zion's UMW group meets at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 30th.
Amiracle4Sure represents a breath of new life and endless possibilities for those transitioning from prison back into the community. The organization also works with children of incarcerated parents (C.O.I.P.), prison ministries, and several different monitoring programs.
Marsha brings a wealth of knowledge through education and experience in the field of drugs and alcohol, effective communication with social service agencies, and coping strategies for dealing with issues like depression, domestic violence, and successful parenting.
Her talents are shared through her personal experience and testimony of how God transformed her life after ten years of drug addiction, domestic violence, and abuse, losing her children to social services and their return, as well as the success with maintaining over 18 years in recovery.
Marsha is a native of Philadelphia and currently resides in Dauphin County. She is a mother of eight, college graduate, grandmother, mentor and motivational speaker who empowers individuals who seek support while transforming their lives.
